Shop Return Policy

If you receive defective, missing, or incorrect merchandise, please notify us within 7 days and return the item as soon as possible. In such cases, we will replace the product or issue a refund at our expense. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you may return or exchange unopened items within 14 business days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in unused condition. Special orders are non-returnable. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may apply if the return is not due to our error. Please use traceable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or insured USPS parcel post when returning items for your protection. Retain the receipt and tracking information in case of loss. We are not responsible for return postage or for lost or misdelivered items.

Shipping and Handling

We cannot accept responsibility once the package has been handed over to the carrier. Any delivery-related issues beyond our control (excluding shortages or misplaced contents) are the buyer’s responsibility to address by filing a claim with the carrier, such as for lost, misplaced, or damaged items during transit. All shipments are covered by the carrier’s insurance, and the buyer must initiate the claim following the carrier's instructions. When filing a claim, you must retain all necessary evidence until the claim is resolved, including damaged packaging, proof of purchase, and the value of the purchased items.

For shipments delivered by USPS, you are required to visit your local post office for an inspection, obtain PS Form #3831 from the your local postmaster, and begin the claims process, either personally or through us on your behalf. If your shipment was handled by UPS or FedEx, you must take at least seven photographs documenting the damage and submit them to the carrier’s claims department, either directly or through us on your behalf. In any case, we will not issue replacements or refunds until the carrier has resolved and reimbursed the claim.

Due to varying package shapes and weights, we cannot establish a fixed shipping formula. Our estimated shipping costs are based on coast-to-coast delivery within the United States. If the actual shipping cost is lower, we will refund the difference.

For customers in Hawaii and Alaska, as ground service is unavailable, please email us with the products you wish to purchase. We will provide the shipping cost and send you an invoice to complete your order.

For international customers, please email us with the products you wish to purchase along with your shipping address. We will calculate the shipping cost for you.
